Isn't it annoying how the people best fit to raise children are generally the people who don't want to? It has to have a correlation with the fact that we realize the responsibility involved. I mean, if you don't know touching a stove is hot, you touch it. (Then regret touching it, then convince yourself it was good that you touched it while secretly wishing you hadn't touched it.)
